By accessing or using Oulai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Oulai, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Account registration and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at hello@100-8.studio if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Description of the service
Oulai introduces you to one curated match per week, revealed after Shabbat, based on the profile information you provide. We do not guarantee that you will receive a match every week, that any match will lead to a conversation, a relationship, or any other outcome. The quality and success of any introduction depends on factors outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
When using Oulai, you agree to treat other users with respect and to comply with all applicable laws. You must not: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post or send unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive content; impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age; or scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates this section.
6. User content and licence
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile photo, bio, and messages). By submitting content, you grant 100-8 Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and your matches.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to the Service, or for any other legitimate reason. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result — including finding a match or a relationship — will occur.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 100-8 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
